Q. Why wouldn't you get a score every month from the credit bureau?
A. We rely on credit bureaus, TransUnion and/or Experian, to provide the FICO® Score to us. In some instances, our customers may not have established a FICO® Score, and in others the FICO® Score is not provided to us or is "temporarily" unavailable. For specific details about your FICO® Score, you will need to contact the credit bureau directly.
